Anna

Our Lead Practitioner: Anna, the founder and lead Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) at Remedial Wellness, is deeply passionate about helping clients achieve long-term relief from chronic pain. A graduate of Vicars School of Massage in 2019, Anna specializes in visceral manipulation (trained in levels 1-4) and blends her intuitive touch with evidence-based techniques to provide tailored, effective treatments. She approaches each client with empathy, ensuring that their needs and preferences guide their care.

Meet The Team

Erin

Erin Doblanko is an experienced Registered Massage Therapist who takes a holistic and thoughtful approach to care, integrating breath work, meditation, and habit-building strategies to help clients improve body awareness and prioritize self-care. She has experience working with chronic tension, stress-related conditions, postural imbalances, TMJ dysfunction, pre- and postnatal care, and overuse injuries—particularly those linked to desk work and daily life. Having spent over a decade in corporate recruitment and technology before transitioning to massage therapy, Erin understands the toll of work-related stress on both body and mind and tailors treatments to provide lasting relief.
 
Beyond hands-on therapy, Erin works collaboratively with clients, helping them build ways to measure well-being, foster sustainable habits, and create meaningful wellness goals. She believes that self-care isn’t just about recovery—it’s about creating space for connection, curiosity, and play. She encourages clients to explore movement, breath, and stillness in ways that feel personal and supportive. By helping clients develop a deeper understanding of their bodies, she empowers them to take an active role in their wellness journey and move through life with greater ease.

Trudi

Originally from PEI, Trudi attended Grant McEwan University obtaining diplomas as a Holistic Health Practitioner and Registered Acupuncturist. Since practicing she has enriched her education by specializing in women’s health with TCM obstetric training, birth and post-partum doula, lactation consultant , childbirth educator and Cranialsacral therapist including emotional somato release and pediatric CST. Being a mother herself, she has a passion treating children of all ages, especially anxiety and behavioral disorders.

Her recent studies include mental depressive disorders and addiction recovery. Most recently Trudi has studied and trained in radial shockwave therapy focusing on targeting muscular skeletal issues and chronic pain relief. Trudi is passionate about helping people and will tailor your treatment to fit your needs including needling, cupping, radial shockwave therapy, moxibustion, diet, herbal supplementation, referrals and lifestyle recommendations.

Sam

After a successful career in Accounting and Economics, Sam followed his passion for helping others heal, transitioning into the field of manual therapy. In 2021, he earned his 3000-hour Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) certification from Makami College, followed by a Manual Osteopathic Therapist (MOT) diploma from the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada in 2022.
 
Sam’s approach is rooted in deeply listening to his clients’ bodies, using therapeutic massage, deep tissue techniques, and craniosacral therapy to support their journey to balance and wellness.
 
Committed to lifelong learning, Sam has furthered his expertise through advanced training with the Barral Institute and Upledger Institute. His dedication ensures he offers the best care, empowering his clients to recover from pain, discomfort, and trauma.
 
Outside of work, Sam enjoys music, reading, and movies, finding inspiration in moments of creativity and relaxation.

Eylyn

Eylyn is a passionate and kind-hearted individual who strives to make a lasting impact on her clients. Her primary focus is to help others achieve their desires of regaining optimal muscle function, as well as living a pain-free, agile lifestyle. She approaches each massage treatment with a brief assessment, then balances both therapeutic and relaxation techniques to create the optimal treatment suited to her client’s specific needs and goals.

She is knowledgeable in a variety of massage techniques and can perform a range of massage services from relaxation to deep tissue.

Eylyn has been practicing Swedish massages since 2012, after graduating from Alberta Massage Training. She has completed Makami Colleges 3000-hour Advanced Clinical Therapy Program, along with being a member of CRMTA. 
Eylyn is able to perform: Swedish Relaxation Massage, Cupping Massage, Deep Tissue, Prenatal Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Myofascial release, Sports Massage.
Eylyn also has a Degree in Business Administration and is a portrait and family photographer.
Eylyn is enthusiastic to work with new clients to find relief and long-term solutions.
